Product Manager Responsibilities:
1. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web and mobile based products and platforms.
2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
3. Work with engineers and designers from ideation, technical design, and development to the testing, production, and/or release of the product.
4. Specifically, define the goals of the product.
5. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
6. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
7. Identify and track key performance metrics.
8. Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience and drive business outcomes.
9. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
10. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, usability studies, and market analysis to define product specifications, determine feasibility of the design, enhance user satisfaction and ensure the product’s success.
11. Continue to design, develop, and modify product specification with the goal of maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
12. Test, validate, document, and revise product specifications to serve new purposes or improve the product.
13. Establish product performance standards and ensure that best-in-class products are delivered on time and within budget.

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field and four years of work experience in job offered or computer related occupation. Requires 4 years of experience in the following:
16. 1. Product management or product design
17. 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications or media products
18. 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
19. 4. Translate product strategy documents into detailed requirements for the engineering teams to develop
20. 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
21. 6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
22. 7. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
23. 8. Gather, identify and document requirements from users of the platform
24. 9. Conduct competition, business and technical studies to come up with product roadmaps and strategies
25. 10. Contribute in design, development and implementation of various features across the mobile and web platforms.
Public Compensation:
$218,599/year to $232,100/year + bonus + equity + benefits
