Spectrum Billing Solutions offers industry-leading revenue cycle management services for healthcare providers. Our team has deep industry knowledge, technology, and experience to ensure our client’s revenue cycle is managed in the most efficient and streamlined manner.

We are expanding and seeking to add a self-motivated, tenacious and purpose-driven RCM Client Success Manager to our team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for:

+ Foster and develop strong client relationships.

+ Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.

+ Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.

+ Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.

+ Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.

+ Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.

+ Participate in presentations to prospective clients.

+ Manage new client implementations.

+ Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.

+ Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.

+ Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.

+ Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.

+ Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.

+ Demonstrated skills in delivering results.

+ Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
