Job Description

Partnerships managed centrally by the S&E team include venues, teams, talent and events that serve the needs of businesses and initiatives across JPMorgan Chase. The team works closely with lines of business (LOBs), Brand, Paid Media, Analytics, Legal, Controls, Compliance, Risk, Social and PR counterparts to successfully negotiate, execute and activate partnerships to support brand health, deliver media value, provide a platform to engage customers and employees, and build like-minded community initiatives.

As a Marketing Strategy Associate in Sports & Entertainment you will support the Entertainment and Talent vertical, including but not limited to the strategy and execution of the Talent Center, including managing firm-wide weekly talent council meetings, vetting talent, maintaining the Go/Talent website and interacting with agencies for talent needs. The strategy and activations will be guided by a deep understanding of line of business priorities in order to deliver business results, campaigns and measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities

+ Support strategy and execution of Talent Center with specific areas of ownership including managing weekly Talent Council meetings, vetting, reporting and all associated operations with the talent center.

+ Working across all CCB and Corporate Function Business Units to understand marketing needs for talent, planning, and budgets.

+ Work with external agencies on talent and contracts, including assessing SAG/AFTRA fees associated with talent use.

+ Work with key internal and external stakeholders inclusive of brand, media, PR, agency partners, controls, legal and property partners to develop and execute strategic plans seamlessly and in line with how we do business.

+ Manage Go/Talent website, including updates.

+ Assist in managing talent contracts, including ensuring cross firm use of assets, providing on site support for talent activations and events.

+ Ongoing tracking and reporting of key performance metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

+ 5+ years of experience in Sponsorship, Talent Management, Events Management, and/or Marketing related functions

+ Creative, strategic thinker with an understanding of how brands manifest within the sports, entertainment, culture and business environments

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to audiences of all levels

+ Strong technology skills including PowerPoint and Excel.

+ Understanding of the importance of putting people first to build strong relationships, and to be a great teammate

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

+ Equal parts able to work independently and as part of a team

+ A positive attitude
