Job Description

The Commercialization Manager will manage commercialization projects for the United States market for products that are produced at HARIBO's affiliated domestic facility and international facilities. Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the Commercialization Manager (known internally as Portfolio Activity Manager) will report to the Director of Portfolio Activity Management and will manage complex projects and serve as a liaison between internal functions, domestic and international, and external suppliers to independently manage their portfolio of projects.

The ideal Commercialization Manager will have 5+ years of experience with CPG / Consumer Packaged Goods / CPG commercialization business processes, advanced project management skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities
Manage highly complex and visible domestic, import, and/or seasonal projects which support growth of the HARIBO portfolio
Act as United States portfolio contact for all assigned projects manufactured or co-packed domestically or in partnership with HARIBO international factories
Partner with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
Responsible for packaging artwork workflow using Five Flow Wave software
Project management of portfolio activities including innovation and renovationQualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Consumer Packaged Goods / CPG commercialization business processes
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in Project Management with complex initiatives against tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Five Flow Wave software
Prior experience in food manufacturing industry
Exception organizational skills
High level of detail and accuracy
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to management multiple projects, with different timelines, simultaneously
Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working knowledge of Gantt charts
