Welcome to DivIHN! We are looking for a good and graceful person, a detail-oriented professional with analytical skills and high-discipline, to join us as Analyst – SLED CCBPD. We are looking for a person who will be an important contributor to keeping us well-positioned to identify and act on opportunities to serve our clients in State, Local, and Education spaces.
About the Role
Analyst – SLED CCBPD will be part of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market team and report to the Vice President – SLED of DivIHN. The primary accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
- Collect, track, and manage information relating to Leads, BOAs/ POs, Proposals, Pipeline information, Revenue Projections and Actuals for the SLED business efforts from DivIHN.
- Track and proactively address renewals of current BOAs/ POs.
- Track business plans and alert on deviations.
- Maintain and address updating of supporting information for Proposals.
- Collect Program Compliance Metrics and track SLA performance; prepare and submit reports to the client entities.
- Execute monthly customer satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate DivIHN schedules to meet the needs of clients/ potential clients, with focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation
- Coordinate reviews of in-flight projects
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified partner entities for SLED business needs; track partner utilization against contract commitments.
- Collect data and generate meaningful reports on performance for Internal KPIs.
- Monitor and maintain required company certifications for doing business in SLED space.
- Maintain periodic contact with our consultants on SLED assignments through professional enquiries.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience as a Commercial Analyst with experience in Service industry, preferably in IT Services industry. Minimum total work experience of 4 years, with minimum 2 years in similar capacity
- Strong attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and very good analytical skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating work for a team.
- Power user of Excel, comfortable with MS Word, PowerPoint
- Experience working with any CRM platform, preferably as a power-user.
- Effective and clear communication, oral and verbal; Good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
