Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
Location: North Chicago, Illinois, 60085
Duration: 06 months (potential extension)
Purpose:The candidate is responsible for providing quality assurance support for compendia monitoring program.
Responsibilities:
* Review of proposed and official compendia updates
* Create records to document compendia updates and assign tasks in Trackwise to the impacted areas
* Submit change requests to update records impacted by the compendia updates
* Review compendia records with impacted areas at monthly meeting
Years of experience/education and/or certification required:
* Life sciences degree
* 5+ years of experience
What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this candidate have?
* Trackwise experience
* SAP experience with material search
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Motivated and able to inform management when challenges arise
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education or certification:
* A candidate with previous experience with compendia or analytical background
* Work schedule (Define days, # of hours)/ Is overtime offered or required?
Normal first shift working hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm. There is an opportunity for some flexibility.
NOTE: Training will be onsite- NOT remote
Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role?
* Once the candidate is trained and demonstrates the ability and commitment to work independently, it is possible to work off-site for 2 of 5 days/week.
Type of environment:
* Office setting. Much of the work can be performed independently, but there will be a need to meet and interact with the team for training and general communication.
