Job Description

Summary: Responsible for assisting the Banking Center Coordinator with coordination of procedures and improving efficiencies among banking centers. Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided to our customers.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Act as a resource to management, staff and answer branch questions regarding Teller, new accounts, ATM, recycler and cash balancing controls and operations.
Create correspondence, policies, procedures, and general communications.
Administer a variety of programs including NuPoint, Teller, platform, security and supplies.
Assist the branch with Teller, new account console and Teller balancing issues, etc.
Perform or assist with periodic formal audits of each branch location with a focus on internal controls, vault and night deposit procedures, customer confidentiality, security procedures, product disclosures, official items and Teller activities.
Review of risks in Teller and new accounts that could compromise systems.
Manage a variety of current and ongoing projects including new facility rollout, equipment purchases, vendor management, fixed assets and capital expenditure reporting.
Ensure a balance of customer advocacy and bank profitability exist when making decisions and judgment calls.
Maintain overall standardization and consistency among banking centers. Work with retail staff to assist them in the fulfillment of their assigned duties.
Manage various contracts and invoices.
Assist in ensuring that banking center staff maintain and comply with proper security, compliance and operations policies and procedures.
Manage various projects such as system upgrades and branch software implementation, creating and maintaining rollout schedules and training coordination.
Prepare administrative reports, analysis, invoicing and other reports as required. Gather data, perform routine arithmetic calculations and prepare reports.
Conduct research on transactions based on policy and procedures and provide input for disciplinary action.
Act as a backup for Fed cash orders, self-audit reviews and other administrative duties.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or management preferred or a minimum of seven years of general banking experience including prior management experience.
Technical knowledge and understanding of facilities operation including regulation and compliance, security and fraud protection, ATMs, Teller machines, platform products and alarm systems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.
Ability to think critically and use good, sound judgment in decision making.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, outside auditors and accountants, Board of Directors or other members of management.
Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with employees, customers, vendors and management.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Must understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
Ability to deal with several abstract or concrete variables simultaneously.
Ability to oversee goals and projects and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude when working with customers or co-workers under diverse conditions.
Ability to accurately and quickly complete standard mathematical calculations.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to interpret various ratios and relationships inherent in common or specialized financial reports.
