As a Sr. M365 Engineer your focus will be on SaaS solutions with a focus on Generative AI, Automation and Modern Work. You'll be a technical expert, leading the configuration, deployment, and user training for these innovative tools. In addition, you'll manage core M365 services (Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform) in our E5 environment to ensure a seamless user experience with our M365 Team.

In addition, you'll manage core M365 services (Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform) in our E5 environment to ensure a seamless user experience with our M365 Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services with a focus on AI and Microsoft Modern work solutions, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
Be a champion for AI and Modern Work, collaborating with our Stakeholders and Change teams to drive adoption and value from the tools.
Managing implementation projects of Microsoft 365 services and integrations including migration projects into the M365 technology stack.
Collaborate with the rest of the M365 Team to manage and innovate with the M365 Environment.
Collaborate with teams on other AI Solutions and Automation in platforms such as ServiceNow
Maintain security best practices and compliance policies within the M365 environment to protect user data and privacy.
Stay up to date with the latest best practices and look for opportunities for us to improve our M365 Platform.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with M365 E5 solutions and services
Advanced problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
Experience with Copilot AI and other AI solutions.
Experience with Viva Modern Work solutions, implementation, and support.
Nice to Have:
M365 Expert administrator certification/ or similar
Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM Processes
