JOB DUTIES:
Develop a fleet management system for trucking companies and build features for vehicle location tracking. Build dashboard for the trucking companies with an overview of all driver’s statuses and driving histories. Work closely with PM, designer and product support to scope product compliance requirements into functionality design. Build a mobile application to help drivers manage their hours of service logs, and also integrate the mobile application with carrier’s fleet management system. Design and build mobile application infrastructure to power all mobile functionality. Contribute to the mobile TMS platform where mobile app users can share their real time shipping event with Flexport and their clients. Develop performance of hours of service monitor system where mobile app users can create and edit hours of service logs. Design and support Flexport’s trucking company facing web application. Design trucking carrier loads management tools. Contribute to the trucking carrier billing management tools. Develop the trucking carrier reporting and analytics platform. Automate operation process to reduce operation team’s work. Contribute to the delivery order management flow by operations team. Develop automation processes for Flexport’s core system to manage destination trucking operations. Develop and integrate Flexport’s core system to manage destination trucking compliance.

RATE OF PAY:
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $138,197 – $207,295 USD.
