CLA is looking to hire GRC Analyst - IT Risk to join our growing Enterprise IT team.

About the role:
As a GRC Analyst - IT Risk, in conjunction with the IT GRC Leadership team, you will function as key contributor to supporting and growing CLA's IT compliance program. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge and/or experience in the risk management lifecycle, consistent process implementation, audit methodology, security frameworks, data management strategy, formal report writing, and providing outstanding customer service to the CLA family.

As a GRC Analyst you will:
Contribute to the development and execution of the IT Risk Lifecycle.
Contribute to Third-Party Risk Management efforts.
Contribute to the development of CLA's Certification & Attestation efforts (NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, CIS, etc.)
Contribute to CLA's Customer Security Inquiry process.
Act as a liaison between the security team and various business units to facilitate communication and collaboration on security-related initiatives. *Delivers security awareness and training to Information Technology teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless implementation and tracking of security initiatives, fostering a robust security culture throughout the organization.
Assists with the administration of team tools and applications ensuring the program's data quality is sustained.
Gather program metrics to evaluate the organization's security posture and identify areas for improvement.

Experience
2 years of experience in risk management or compliance required
2 years' experience in information governance, electronic records management, data quality, data governance, data engineering, project management and/or information governance preferred

Education
Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
