Resource work location: 333. S. Wabash, ChicagoOnsite 3 days per weekAnchor days: Wednesdays 2 flex daysWork hours: 8:00am 5:00pm CSTSUPPLIERS: Test your candidates on MS tools to understand the skill level. If possible have them provide a sample of written work like Operations models, governance models, process flows etc. Project Overview: Working on tasks within the Fortify Program which is a risk programspecifically with Network Security. Contractors Role: Technical Writer, Projectworkstream Communication reporting up to the Workstream Program ManagerExperience Level: 3Qualifications must haves: Proficientexpert MS Tools3 years experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.Experience in responding to audit requestsWorking with the Fed, Executive presentationsAbility to analyze and synthesize complex content.Strong technical aptitudeability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.Excellent writing and proofreading skills.Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiencesAbility to work quickly, efficiently, and multitask.Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.Writing experienceuser manuals, training materials, operational run books, installation guides, methods and proceduresInterfaces with users, engineers, trainees, program managers, leadership to createrevise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, the best methods and practices, and new software features.Nice to have optional:Financial experienceConfluence experienceTechnical degreeTasks Responsibilities: Writing responses to audit Process flow diagrams Standard Operating Procedures Meeting minutespresentations
