Job Title: HR Specialist
Duration:05 Months
Location: 100% Remote

This position will be a part of the Organizational Research team within Global Human Resources, and will report to the Manager, Organizational Research.
Primarily, the Specialist will support the administrative and operational components of employee surveys for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Respond to data requests from the HR organization.
Create standard and ad hoc reports, templates, PowerPoint decks, etc. to responsibly disseminate data to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and produce quality data analytics and reports.
Share meaningful insights to HR colleagues and business partners for use in making informed decisions.
Provide training, functional support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution as it relates to surveys, the survey platform, and data.
Work with third-party vendor to manage issues raised by users.
Uphold compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and adherence to local and federal regulations, such as the OFCCP, U.S. Dept of Labor, and EU Safe Harbor laws.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Other duties to support the Organizational Research team as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, mathematics, statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology (I/O psychology) or related field.
3-4 years of relevant experience. Experience within corporate HR strongly preferred.
Experience in administration of corporate employee surveys strongly preferred.
Experience in post-survey analysis, reporting, action planning and supporting corporate culture programs strongly preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions.
Strong command of Microsoft Office with intermediate technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups and to communicate effectively with partners across the organization.
Customer service oriented.
Comfortable learning new web-based systems.

Teams is relatively small, total of three other individuals
Some level of comfort and experience working in a cultural program - Work wellbeing, etc - may connect them with the culture team as well to support them as well.
Pretty much operational, working with BHR to understand what data cuts are needed to put together information for them from the employee survey
More of a data or an HR person - primarily a mix of both would be ideal.
They do not need deep statistical experience, but comfort with statistics
Intermediate data background, but missing HR, would that be a person you would consider.
Working with sensitive material is important for this role, superseding HR experience
Is Workday experience a requirement? No, just preferred.
What are top items from a resume that would catch your eye around hard skills: Comfort with excel and seeing they have used various platforms across previous positions. They would be working with a third party vendor on the application used internally.
What survey platform? Pepceptyx

More or less obtaining requirements from BHR's or executing what is given to them? They are not determining content of surveys, but be able to take the data to have it make sense to the BHR's. Being more of digestion of the results of the survey.
Open to candidates sitting anywhere as long as they are able to work central time zone hours.
Large corporate experience preferred over academic experience.
