Description

Posts and communicates open positions in all departments of the DC and then tracks applicants through applicant tracking system
Performs candidate screening and behavioral interviews as part of the hiring process
Onboards new employees and ensures paperwork, badges are completed and processed in UKG
Enrolls employees in benefit plans and provides assistance with issues or questions
Provides verification letters to employees as required
Enters and processes all types of leaves in UKG
Assists in the planning and execution of various events for employees and potential candidates at the DC
Accurately tracks various HR information, including but not limited to, recruiting, headcount
Assists with minor IT issues at the DC
Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner

Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. (required)

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. (preferred)
