Job Description
Our healthcare client is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support a Senior Project Manager on a Sitecore Migration Project, 20 hours per week. The client currently has 7 websites that will be consolidated into 5.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination: adhering to project plans and timelines; resource allocation.
- Stakeholder contact: supporting the Sr. Project Manager in communication and alignment among stakeholders taking notes and communicating those to required teams.
- Risk Management: assists with identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them such as technical challenges or timeline delays.
- Resource Management: assists with alignment of resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: helping Sr. PM with QC process to ensure migrated content meets expectations.
- Timeline Adherence: tracking progress against the project timelines and making adjustments to keep project on schedule.
- Reporting: providing regular updates to Sr. Project Manager stakeholders as required on project status, milestones achieved and any deviations from plan.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Technical aptitude: technical aptitude to understand the complexities of a migration project.
- CMS Migration Experience: experience working on a CMS migration project.
- Risk Management: proven experience identifying project risk and assisting with solution development.
- Budget Management: proven track record of contributing to projects delivered on budget.
- Communication skills: professional verbal and written communication skills; worked directly with stakeholders.
- Sitecore expertise: ideally has familiarity with Sitecore CMS functionality.
