Responsibilities

Client Facing Delivery & Sales

+ Manage business operations and resources within a functional area of responsibility including people management and employee engagement with accountability for performance appraisals, training, and career plans.

+ As needed, act as functional Executive Sponsor for a complex program/client, providing guidance and direction to project team and client.

+ Participate as part of Pursuit team to influence client executive management and /or partner management in acceptance of Oracle solutions / services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.

+ Support Cloud Consulting Practice Manager or Cloud Consulting Practice Director to ensure projects are delivered successfully with an eye on P&L.

+ Oversees ‘Offerings Council approved’ development of client-facing business solutions / offerings as required.

+ Resolves highly complex client escalations.

+ Liaise with Quality Assurance Lead, to review execution and compliance of QA strategies to ensure the latest deployment and quality methods are executed across projects.

People Development

+ Responsible for a multi-layer hierarchy of resources, playing a key role in ensuring team members are well equipped to deliver the best service to their clients, through coaching, guidance and mentoring.

+ Delivers on-time performance appraisals, guides career development, and develops training and career plans for project team members and direct reports.

+ Provides strategic leadership for recruiting, staffing complex engagements, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for area of responsibility.

+ May collaborate with Talent as a Talent Engagement Lead.

Practice Development

+ Uncovers opportunities to extend/expand Oracle’s footprint in the account.

+ Produces operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice.

+ Aligns with Delivery Excellence to drive enablement and adherence to Deployment Approach practices / principles.

+ Leads an initiative or committee team and delegates content creation.

+ Contributes to setting ERP Fusion Cloud Financials Communities of Practice (COP) vision, leveraging SME’s in Oracle technologies.

+ Collaborates with technical SMEs, Client Partners, and COP members to develop offerings and capabilities in alignment with the Offerings Development Process.

+ Cultivate Oracle cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with other Lines of Business (LOB) which may include Product Development, Product Marketing, Support, Consulting Sales, and License Sales.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $154,800 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
