Hours: Availability from 6a to 7p
Tues/Thurs - one 8 hr shift and one 12 hr shiftWhat you will need:RN:
Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing
Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:* Associate Degree or higher in Nursing* If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)* Current incumbents with an RN Diploma are grandfathered OR RN Diploma Nurse if position start date is prior to September 1, 2021
Required License and/or Certification:* Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure* Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
ACLS: within one year of hireGeneral Summary:The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Exercise Physiologist:Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in an exercise science or a related field (e.g. Kinesiology or Physical Education). Emphasis in exercise physiology preferred. No previous experience required but preferred.Required Education and/or Experience:
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red CrossPreferred Education and/or Experience:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certificationGENERAL SUMMARY:Develops, organizes and conducts individualized exercise programs for cardiac patients to improve cardiovascular fitness and encourage home-based exercise continuation. In doing so, develops exercise programs based on participants' needs, arranges logistics of classes, conducts programs and classes, monitors participant during programs, and provides participants with educational material.Benefits:
