Focus:The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision ofall phases of operations and development, work assignments, scheduling activities and coordination with the Transportation Department. The Supervisor provides management of daily operations leading the production and maintenance team.

Production Supervisor Essential Job Functions:
Supervises production activities to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation
Investigates all applicable Environmental, Health & Safety incidents, employee safety concerns, to ensure a safe working environment
Reviews and audits work permits for accuracy and follows-up to correct deficiencies
Leads maintenance team to ensure completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
Leads the Emergency Response Team and coordinates Confined Space Entry activities

Production Supervisor Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years' full time relevant manufacturing experience; experience operating or maintaining a Bleach Plant preferred.
Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred; HAZWOPER and Incident Commander qualified preferred
Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental and work place standards as they apply tooperating areas (including OSHA, EPA, USCG and DOT)preferred
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
Able to climb ladders/stairs and work at heights, lift more than 50 pounds, be physically able and willing to wear a half face or full face respirator, and comply with Confined Space Entry and Emergency Response physical evaluations.
Must beable to work nights and weekends as needed andbe able to travel, on occasion, to assist production and auditing needs at other facilities
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
