Job Description
We are hiring a Production Artist!
Ideal candidate will live in the Chicago, IL area. This position will work remotely but will need to travel to our Lincolnshire, IL office as needed.
The Production Artist is responsible for editing and maintaining designs that are measured against a variety of KPIs to help achieve marketing goals across media channels, including social, web, email, and other digital channels. This role must be conceptual and creative with a great eye for design, able to work with a team and take direction from stakeholders and able to meet deadlines.
Essential responsibilities:
* Assist in the design of digital and print collateral including but not limited to ads, email, website, and social graphics that adhere to the TIDI brand guidelines.
* Assist in the creation and management of images and assets used in e-commerce.
* Work with stakeholders on developing and editing product instruction for use pages that will be used in a digital space and possibly printed.
* Support needs for individual assets for other marketing uses, such as image retouching or combination image creation.
* Technical manuals/instructional sheets updates and management of template(s).
* Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color
* Update working shared files and design assets.
* Handle multiple tasks easily, sometimes working in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage creative feedback and adhere to established review processes.
* Work and collaborate with Copywriters, Product Managers, and other members of the Marketing team to seamlessly bring brand messaging to life, maintaining consistency across a range of brands.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 2 years Marketing or Graphic Design experience preferred
* A great portfolio that reflects conceptual thinking and production skills
* Effective interpersonal skills to nurture good working relationships and collaborate across teams.
* Sense of curiosity, and desire to ask questions and "think outside the box."
* Ability to translate technical information into interesting and compelling designs and apply implications from research to designs.
* Good project management and organizational skills
* Strong computer skills including:
Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects would be a plus).
Office Based Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Smartsheets
Digital asset management systems
Canva
* Understanding of responsive design and comfort level designing for a variety of digital platforms.
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Must be creative and have own visions for new designs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with other employees
