Job SummaryThe Plan Document Coordinator is responsible for preparing SBCs, plan documents and amendments for client benefit plans for complex and/or large cases.
Required Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years' experience in the healthcare industry
Solid understanding of benefit plan designs
Ability to interact with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines
Ability to investigate and problem solve
Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
Proficient in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to provide exemplary service to internal and external customer
Detail oriented, organized and strong analytical skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
College degree or advanced education in the insurance industry (CEBS, HIAA, or LOMA)

The compensation range for this Plan Document Coordinator role is $20.71 to $38.89. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
