Job Description
Responsible for leading teams on New Product Introduction, Operations, and Technology projects, including developing new products and setting up manufacturing lines globally. Duties: define project objectives, project scope, roles, responsibilities; define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation; outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget; prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities; manage delivery of the project according to plan; track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders; manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget; identify and mitigate potential risks; manage relationships and communication with team and stakeholders.
