Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for:

Craft persuasive and audience-specific content for a range of channels including social media, email, websites, press releases, newsletters and more.
Collaborate with graphic designers, vendors, agency partners to development and produce marketing and communication materials.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and reviews: creating engaging posts, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance metrics.
Assist with the planning and execution of conferences, events, key meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive directors, business development coordinators, engagement specialists, and other internal teams.
Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all marketing materials, communication, and interactions consistently reflect and reinforce our brand identity and values.
Effectively project manage tasks and workflows, ensuring timelines are met, priorities are established, and cross functional team members are coordinated to optimize productivity and project success

Job Requirements:

Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Relevant Field
Three plus yearsof experience as a Marketing or Communications Specialist
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms and Tools
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
Healthcare experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 10 - 20 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects such as files and other office materials.
May be required to stoop and bend when handling computer equipment, troubleshooting system problems, etc.
Occasional travel to assist with the coordination of events.

Work Environment:

Works in an office or clinical environment where there are relatively few discomforts due to dust, dirt, noise and the like. Occasional exposure to contagious diseases, but potential for harm is limited if established safety precautions and infection control procedures are followed.
