Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards by using database reporting software (MS SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS). Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel using project management software (JIRA, Confluence). Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives/ goals, scope, deliverables, success criteria, stakeholders, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends by using Agile software (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban). Establish and execute a project communication plan. Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials. Utilize experience with Project Management: Develop Project Plan, Monitor/ Track Project Delivery, Stakeholder Liaison, Manage resources and Task allocation; Methodologies: Waterfall or Agile; Services and Support Tools: MS Office; Service and Support Tools: MS Project or JIRA or CA Central Agile (Rally).
