Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience Required: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience. Also requires excellent analytical and communication skills. Incumbents have exhibited ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments, either through on-the-job assignments or through pursuit of advanced degree. Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers. Should have project management skills, team leadership skills.
Technical Skills
Experience in manufacturing, experience with factory quality, project management, data analysis, critical thinking to help resolve issues, dependable, continuous improvement process skills, corrective and preventative action skills
