JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Will work project workload daily thru facilitating and execution of analyzing data, shop walks, team meetings, driving team activities/actions, and full execution of projects thru completion, etc
* Work closely with Operations, Operations Quality, Engineering, and Drivetrain Quality teams.
* Will work in the Decatur Manufacturing Facility
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments, either through on-the-job assignments or through pursuit of advanced degree.
* Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.
* Should have project management skills, team leadership skills.
* Experience in manufacturing industry
* Experience with factory quality, project management and data analysis
* Critical thinking to help resolve issues
* Must be dependable with continuous improvement process skills, corrective and preventative action skills
