Overview
Expected pay for this position is $30.58 - $35.98/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy to both inpatients and outpatients, including nutrition assessments and education, as well as community nutrition, including health fairs and other speaking engagements. The Lead Clinical Dietitian also assists in supervising the day to day work of the Clinical Dietitian and Dietary Staff Team.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
1 year experience in a hospital in a Clinical Dietitian role.
Registration Dietitian (R.D.) Licensure with the state of Illinois (L.D.N.) (Illinois locations only)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in Nutrition.
5 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian.
Cbord room service computer software management experience.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Ability to work in a diverse team environment as well as independently.
