Job Description
Title: Back End developer
Duration: 6months
Location: Chicago, IL 60604 - Hybrid [Tuesday - Thursday]
Skills:
Extensive experience in Python programming, demonstrating strong coding proficiency.
Advanced command of SQL for complex data manipulation, querying, and database interactions.
Proven leadership in developing and optimizing automation processes.
Exceptional technical acumen, with a keen ability to discern critical components within an environment for targeted automation.
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to evolving compliance requirements and standards.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python scripts for diverse automation tasks within the organization.
Utilize advanced SQL techniques for efficient data querying, analysis, and manipulation in automation processes.
Collaborate with teams to understand, prioritize, and lead the implementation of automation needs and objectives.
Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and provide leadership in SQL/Python automation solutions.
Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to SQL and Python development.
Actively contribute to the development and optimization of automation strategies, providing technical leadership.
Document and communicate SQL/Python development strategies, processes, and outcomes to team members and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization, leading by example.
