Job Description
Medical Arts Unlimited (Libertyville, IL) seeks a Lead Esthetician to work closely with estheticians, physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality skin care and medical services, and support in-patient care, be responsible for patient assessment, consultation, skin care procedures, and support physicians in advanced medical procedures. Specific duties include: interviewing patients to obtain medical information and measuring vital signs, weight, and height; performing full face assessment; monitoring patients during and after medical procedures, ensuring their well-being and addressing any concerns; assisting physicians in examining and treating patients, providing necessary instruments or materials; assisting physician assistant with advanced skin care procedures; performing minor skin care procedures and skincare treatments as directed; recording patients' medical history, vital statistics, and test results in medical records; preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations, maintaining cleanliness and organization; explaining treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients. cleaning and sterilizing instruments, ensuring proper disposal of contaminated supplies; adhering to sterile techniques in all medical procedures
to prevent infection. Must have Esthetician License.
