Your Job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in establishing strategic customer marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer demand and increasing revenue with our distribution partners. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying and executing customer-focused programs, digital marketing campaigns, and sales-enablement initiatives that drive engagement throughout the entire sales cycle and customer journey.

What You Will Do
Develop and communicate a clear vision for the customer marketing team that aligns directly with the company's goals, emphasizing value creation across all touchpoints.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and sales teams, gaining a deep understanding of their priorities, strategies, and capabilities to align customer marketing team's focus. Through proactive identification, evaluation, and prioritization of growth opportunities, you will drive business expansion and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate closely with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to develop and implement insight-based marketing plans that meet joint sales and category objectives.
Create and execute a sales enablement strategy, which equips sales with relevant marketing content, innovative tools, and resources for effective customer engagement.
Establish and implement prioritization frameworks enabling team focus on high-value work.
Work closely with our in-house agency to craft insightful creative briefs, resulting in the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience. By presenting our brand in a differentiated manner, you will enhance customer engagement.
Lead comprehensive analysis of customer marketing campaigns, providing engagement insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance and maximize impact.
Supervise and mentor a dedicated direct report, fostering a culture of principled entrepreneurship and continuous learning helping contribute to professional success.
Promote a positive work culture and advance Principle-Based Management by providing learning opportunities to apply frameworks and concepts, and by cultivating an engaged and productive work environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
5 years of B2B marketing or related experience, experience developing integrated marketing programs, driving customer engagement and revenue growth
Knowledge of marketing funnel engagement strategy and tactics.
Experience collaborating and aligning sales and marketing strategies.
Experience establishing efficient processes and driving team effectiveness

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in coaching, motivation, and professional development of direct reports.
Experience in JanSan, Healthcare, Foodservice, Industrial, Office, High Traffic, Hospitality or Lodging, industries
Digital marketing and lead generation experience.
Understanding of how Insights can be activated to differentiate brands

Hiring Philosophy

For this role we anticipate paying $130,000 - $150,000 (role will be eligible for incentive program)
