Job Description

Property Operations Support:
Assist in coordinating and monitoring property operations to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
Tenant Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with lease document coordination.
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring proper records and documentation are maintained.
Monitor tenant engagement metrics, event participation rates and satisfaction to optimize tenant engagement strategies
Analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement
Financial Administration:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, including rent collections and payment processing.
Assist in preparing and distributing monthly rent statements and invoices.
Coordinate with accounting department regarding accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain organized and detailed property files and documentation.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Assist in coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and contractors.
Obtain and evaluate vendor/contractor bids and proposals.
Monitor vendor/contractor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
