Summary

 

The Web Developer develops a variety of custom web applications for internal use and is part of the IT department.

 


Duties and Responsibilities

 

Develop custom systems solutions, including the analysis, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of these solutions.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications.
Create and maintain appropriate application documentation, including end-user and technical maintenance materials, for custom applications.
Keep abreast of technology trends and new technologies and recommend as necessary within the group.
Other duties, as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.
A strong understanding of the web and application development languages and tools which include: HTML, CSS, Javascript (Jquery, Underscore, Vue JS), .NET framework, VB.Net/C#.Net, SQL, and Responsive Framework - Bootstrap
Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Stored Procedure programming and knowledge of Relational Database concepts.
Source Control - VSS, TFS, Git
Experience creating and consuming web services
Software development life cycle
Technical Documentation
Application Integration
Preferred:
Azure DevOps
Cloud development
Orchestrator / UIPath development
