Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Chicago IL 60604/Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay rate $40 to $50/hr
Job Description:
Qualifications (must haves):
Proficient/expert MS Tools
3+ years' experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.
Experience in responding to audit requests
Working with the Fed, Executive presentations
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content.
Strong technical aptitude-ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
Writing experience-user manuals, training materials, operational run books, installation guides, methods and procedures
Interfaces with users, engineers, trainees, program managers, leadership to create/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, the best methods and practices, and new software features.

Technical degree
