Job SummaryResponsible for developing, gathering and organizing information in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and for Proposals (RFPs) and Executive Summaries for prospective/renewal clients (simple-medium). Collaborates with various levels of management/subject matter experts (SMEs) within the company (i.e., VP of Sales, Sales Executives, Client Managers, Underwriters, Sales Support, Operations, Legal, Managed Care teams, etc.). Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, which includes responding with RFP information that is complete, accurate and timely.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English
Three years of previous experience working with RFPs/proposals
Effective time management and organization skills
Ability to prioritize effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Quality focused
Creativity with ability to work with graphics
Proven ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers
Ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to provide quality work under tight timelines while managing multiple RFPs
Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Document/file management skills using Microsoft Windows Explorer
Minimal travel required (yearly sales summit and others as required)
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Previous experience with technical writing in an insurance or third-party benefit administration environment
Experience working in RFP/proposal software
Salesforce experience
Adobe Professional software experience

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
Min to Max Range:$47,300.00 - $88,800.00
