Job Description
Partner, Solution Architecture, PwC US Consulting LLP, Chicago, IL. Bring clients a competitive advantage through delivering architecture solutions, governance and alignment during the delivery process and ensure alignment to the overall project objectives and technology strategy. Focus on planning, high-level design and reusability of solutions. Develop specifications, models, standards, and guidelines to deliver technology coherently and consistently. Develop and design solutions for large companies to address their business needs in the healthcare, financial services and/or consumer markets sector. Lead the architecture across large solution involving multiple large teams to deliver overall solution architecture.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 12 years of related work experience, of which 5 years much be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics or a related field, plus 10 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Delivering client IT solutions that involve using architecture frameworks, such as, TOGAF, and software and cloud development frameworks and languages, such as, SAFe;
- Collaborating with architects, other leads and developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards;
- Working with any one or more of the following major cloud vendors: GCP, AWS, or Azure; and
- Lead the creation of related solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications and diagrams, to communicate the solution to stakeholders.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
