Job Description
Job Role Duties
Within a retail setting selling Airsoft products and services, building customer trust through product knowledge, and driving customer satisfaction through a customer first attitude.
• Sell specific products and services to consumers based upon their needs, knowledge, and skill set.
• Demonstrate products use, product maintenance to maximize product useful life
• Explain different customizable features.
• Discuss warranties and replacement parts.
• Process orders in person and over the phone.
• Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
• Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
• Represent and promote the organization with products and services
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail.
• Interface with POS system software
• Count the day's money transactions at the end of the day.
• Set up and keep neatly organized display cases, and wall displayed merchandise
• Stock shelves and ensure displayed pricing is correct.
• Restock items that have been sold from the sales floor.
Software used within scope of job
• G-Suite tools, Amber POS, BigCommerce, Ship Station

Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in retail product sales
• Experience in proper handling and use of Airsoft Rifles and Pistols
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) speaking a plus
• Airsoft game play experience a plus
