Overview

Expected pay for this position is $45.15 - $59.82/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Digital Care is responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operation of digital care programs, to ensure that high quality telehealth care is delivered to patients either in acute care facilities or in their home environment. Ensures adequate clinical staff coverage for a fluctuating patient census/workload and for the provision of high quality clinical services in accordance with system, medical centers and regulatory requirements. Assists in the development of, implementation, and administration of new patient care services in order to achieve strategic business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
This position will be overseeing the OnCall Chronic Care Management team.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years of clinical experience
Licensure/ Certification: RN IL License
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Advanced analytical skills necessary to organize and direct the work of others, develop, implement and administer policies, procedures, budgets and nursing practices.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: MSN
Experience: Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies
Three to five years progressively more responsible experience with at least two years of experience in a management or leadership position in order to develop expertise in procedures, policies, and practices, HR responsibilities, and to effectively schedule and coordinate department activities.
