As a digital strategist, you excel at listening to the voice of the consumer and leveraging it to drive strategic decision-making. You use research to push beyond norms, aiming for breakthrough brand experiences. You will:
Support the discovery process and help develop strategic recommendations for diverse marketing and digital projects (website assessments and redesigns, new customer acquisition marketing, go-to-market strategies, pre- and post-launch engagement and optimization strategies).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as a lead on projects that require digital strategy and activation, data analysis and reporting.
Gain a deep understanding of our client partners' business, market and audiences, helping define their business and marketing objectives
Develop and pitch impactful omni-channel marketing strategies that support our client partners' business and marketing goals.
Collaborate with lead strategists in the research, analysis, and strategic formulation that contributes to the development of creative briefs and strategic initiatives.
Launch, analyze, monitor, optimize and measure performance of digital campaigns, assessing against client KPI's and ROAS.
Develop data-driven insights by delving into data analytics and present strategic narratives and recommendations to client stakeholders.
Interpret a variety of data analytics and conversion tracking to inform new and existing tactics and strategies.
Help build measurable KPIs around business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to inform recommendations and measure results.
Develop strategic reports that provide clients with actionable insights to drive marketing initiatives forward.
Develop analytics tracking plans; take the lead on implementation and performance reporting.
Develop and implement sophisticated attribution models to accurately assess the impact of various digital marketing channels and touchpoints on customer journeys.
Evaluate and integrate technologies or platforms that enhance attribution capabilities, such as advanced machine learning algorithms or data visualization tools.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in attribution modeling and digital marketing analytics to continuously enhance strategies and methodologies.
Perform keyword research to formulate content optimization, expansion and go-forward search strategies (SEO and SEM).
Know when to elevate from tactics-oriented conversations to strategic overarching thinking, establishing RSM as a strategic partner to our clients.
Own the convergence and divergence milestones, broadening and synthesizing when needed - ability to get to the "so what," actionable insights, key frameworks, and opportunity areas from research so the whole team can move forward.
Work on projects in various industries and verticals across a roster of clients.
Dig into new technologies, keeping RSM and our client partners on the cutting edge of digital strategy and activation trends.

You have:
8+ years of experience as a Digital Strategist or equal experience in a strategic, data-driven, client-facing role. Agency experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
