Ecolab is seeking aremote Client Success Specialist to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care. What You Will Do:
Present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards client solutions and recommendations.
Internal field specialist communication and problem solving, which includes customer program education, coaching and question clarification.
Direct customer email and phone communication, which includes managing customer concerns, requests, and general program inquiries.
Dynamic and innovative ad hoc report creation and execution.
Data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of brand protection and food safety awareness.
Cross-functional relationship building with IT, program insights, finance, field, and corporate accounts.
Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers.
Initial set up and maintenance of customer programs through database set up and project management.
Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams.

Extend time sitting in a home office
Repetitive motions at a computer
Substantial movements of the wrist, hands and fingers
Close visual acuity for viewing large amounts of data on a computer screen
Extensive reading

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center or professional business environment.
Minimum of one year customer service experience in retail, hospitality, call center or professional business environment.
