What youll do:

 

The Branch Operations Specialist will execute job duties including, but not limited to, Retail implementation support, money service business transaction coordination, BSA exception reports, safe deposit box escheatment, cash ordering, teller variance reporting, score card reporting, and customer complaint reviews.

  • Continually and proactively research and gather information to improve current policies and procedures and leverage best practices to transform what we do and how we do it

  • Provides ongoing support and training to the Charter. Participates in Corporate initiatives related to products or services, customer service, and other quality control concerns

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships across all disciplines to drive collaborative approach

  • Assist Branch Managers/Retail Heads with training efforts at branches

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Knowledge of department, bank and regulatory policies

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Intermediate computer skills
