Overview

Responsible to generate and update partner and client schedules, order supplies and assists with supply room management, and setup new field bags for new hires. Assists receptionist in covering phones or overflow of phone calls and assist with tracking professional documentation. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Generates orders and client schedules
Assist with answering telephone from staff, clients and answering service with excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Assists with tracking professional staff and aide documentation
Assist with managing of On-Call Schedule for after hour services
Assist telehealth team with equipment setup when needed as well as scheduling of HHA's for system setups/trouble shooting in patient homes
Follows up on non-confirmed visits
Enters and fills supply orders; maintains supply room with quarterly supply room check for expiration dates. Assist with field staff trunk supply audits quarterly.
Provides new partners with assembled field staff bags with the assistance of Coordinators
Assembles field staff supply list for new partner trunk supply needs
Assist Scheduler Lead with HHA staff meetings and annual skills fair
Assist with ensuring compliance with documentation between HHA and case manager communication on patient concerns per HHA plan of care
Generates Quality/CQI Indicators reports related to HHA/Scheduling issues as needed
Maintains availability necessary to satisfy on-call requirement
Maintains competence in McKesson Home Health & Hospice Database software; EPIC; Kronos Payroll
systems; Spreadsheet software and word processing software.
Assist Intake with overflow of insurance authorizations as necessary

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Medical office experience is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
