Job Description
Position Details:
+ Pay Rate: $18-20/hr (Depending on Experience)
+ Location: Chicago, IL. (Multiple locations)
+ Duration: 2 weeks
+ Client: White Castle
+ Duties:
+ Install New PC, Monitor, mice & keyboard.
+ Printers install.
+ Confirm Customer Checklist.
+ Cable management.
+ Box old Equipment in new Box
+ Clean area, take out trash.
+ Complete Completion Form
+ Requirements: All positions require a successful completion of a background check & possible drug test (we do not check credit) – ABBTECH pays for both checks
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
Required Qualification:
+ High School Diploma and 1 year of experience with at least a CompTIA A+ certification or at least 2 years of experience.
+ At least 1 year of experience working as an End User Computing PC/Laptop Deployment Team
+ Possesses proven customer service background.
+ Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed
+ Possesses good analytical and communication skills
+ Possesses strong ability to work independently
+ Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and scripts
+ Detailed oriented, independent, self-starter and customer service oriented
+ Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs.
+ Must be able to be on your feet ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs.
Desired Qualification:
+ MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification is a plus
+ Certification in various hardware platforms may optionally be required for servicing hardware issues.
