CPFR Sr Analyst
The CPFR Sr Analyst position provides analytical and operational support related to order and promotional execution, customer and internal analytics and short term business needs. It is a cross-functional role which is focused and responsible for improving customer data, visibility and execution of key in-store initiatives and promotional vehicles. This position demonstrates relationships with order management, supply planning, logistics to improve and implement tactical strategies to support Colgate’s growth plans, the role also uses customer data and analytics to provide key insight around performance and metrics.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the retail environment forecast and demand plan & metrics
2. Create and maintain the internal forecast and demand plan by using internal and customer data (Order projections, POS, inventory levels, lead times, EOQ, etc) to make the right decisions to support commercial plans
3. Work cross-functionally to provide insightful data to support the customer and Colgate strategic important metrics (Demand plan accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock metrics, case fill, on-time, truck utilization, logistics deductions, etc.)
4. Leads all strategic forecasting conversations and provides proactive communication around supply and demand challenges to our cross-functional partners.
5. Maintain, manage and influence the demand plan for the retail environment, providing long term planning strategies by demonstrating customer order and inventory data
6. Collaborates with internal supply chain teams to ensure excellent order fulfillment
7. Customer Corporate Offices 1-2x week
8. Manage Customer system and collaborate on item forecasts
9. Proactively supervise and manage subscribed store in stock (SSIS) through a standard cadence
10. Proactively collaborate on display volume
11. Follow speed to shelf process for new item launches
12. Ensure good ad preparedness and complete post event
13. analyses for promotional events
14. Supply all vital information for bonus/sub items
15. Recommend opportunities to achieve end to end supply chain cost savings
16. Find opportunities to increase retail sales and drive volume
17. Participate in monthly on-site share group discussions
18. Participate in quarterly Supplier Share Group meetings
19. Complete Get-well Date upload for the Supplier
20. Vulnerability Report
21. Coordinates Business Reviews to actively engage customer counter parts and facilitate identification of supply chain efficiencies
22. Builds strong relationships with our customers and improves the data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement
23. Leads all customer facing communication, including but not limited to supply risks, potential disruptions and continuous improvement projects and initiatives to support customer and consumer needs.
24. Ensures findings are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results
25. Supports new item transitions, in/outs, promotional vehicles and item changes to ensure there’s minimal to no slow moving-obsolete inventory, and no impacts to in-stock
26. Is responsible for ensuring correct master data and understanding and compliance of vendor programs.
27. Provide analytics and data visualization to track performance of Customer business
28. Support Customer Projects; align with key functional experts and collaborators to provide critical financial, logistics and customer analysis, as well as tracking and monitoring.
29. Provide and maintain data for key critical metrics; provide trend analysis support on performance and report daily, weekly, monthly or as needed
30. Provide advanced analytics and insights to drive costs out of the supply chain and find efficiencies with our customers
31. Creates and maintains tools and reports to analyze business changes and cost impact
32. Lead small scale customer projects
Required Qualifications:
+ BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain or related field
+ 3 years experience in Supply Chain, understanding of supply chain principles including replenishment, ordering and related customer service functions, logistics operational knowledge.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Advanced EXCEL skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, slicers) with the ability to create tools, manipulate, and analyze data
+ Strong Functional / Technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes
+ Passion for continuous improvement
+ Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a high-paced environment while staying organized, disciplined and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to problem solve independently

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $91 200,00 – $120 000,00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
