JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will work project workload daily thru facilitating and execution of analyzing data, shop walks, team meetings, driving team activities/actions, and full execution of projects thru completion, etc
- Work closely with Operations, Operations Quality, Engineering, and Drivetrain Quality teams.
- Will work in the Decatur Manufacturing Facility
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments, either through on-the-job assignments or through pursuit of advanced degree.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.
- Should have project management skills, team leadership skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience with factory quality, project management and data analysis
- Critical thinking to help resolve issues
- Must be dependable with continuous improvement process skills, corrective and preventative action skills
