As Supplier EDI Analyst, you'll implement electronic transaction sets with trading partners to improve Dot's operational efficiencies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with Dot's business partners to implement electronic business transactions (EDI)
Participate in meetings with trading partners to explain Dot's EDI capabilities and requirements
Provide education and ongoing support on electronic business transactions for trading partners and Dot internal departments
Configure and maintain partner agreements and communications utilizing AS2 & SFTP protocols
Work proactively with internal departments to increase utilization of electronic transactions to create efficiencies by automating their workflow
Analyze data and create reporting to communicate progress on strategic initiatives and goals to all levels of the company
Assist with planning and execution of large-scale EDI software conversion and migration of maps and trading partners
Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven success at meeting goals and deadlines
Microsoft Excel experience
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
CIS, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related degrees
Understanding of EDI standards (EDI X12)
Understanding of AS2 and SFTP communication protocols
Experience with SEEBURGER integration software
ROLE SPECIFICS
Travel - Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
Schedule - ability to work flexible hours; may include evening & weekend hours as needed

Salary Range: $57,951 - $86,926
