We are seeking a Regional Co-Op Manager for our Southeast (Florida) team.
The Regional Co-Op Manager will help design project and lead management processes while assisting management and the sales team with customer details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business, coordinating various tasks from start to finish. Keep in touch with clients through calls, emails, or texts, reach out to potential clients for new business, and prepare weekly or monthly project reports for the manager.

Job Functions:

Participate in the design of project/lead management processes.
Assist management and sales team in taking care of the fine details of customers.
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business
Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple tasks from start to finish
Maintain contact with clients/OU's through phone calls, emails, or text messaging
Call or email potential clients to obtain future business opportunities
Prepare and present to the manager weekly or monthly reports of projects.
Collect data, analyze it, and help manager to set objectives for a project
Ensure changes in project plan are communicated to team members
Carry out quality reviews and checks to ensure project operations are in line
Comply with company methodologies and project principles
Respect decision-making boundaries and know when to call the attention of the manager (Andy).
Assists in maintaining files and databases
Assists with reports, presentations, memorandums, literature, proposals, etc.
Schedules appointments and meetings for managers and sales team (in future)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision - Work from home
Must have excellent Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation software
5 years or more related construction field and office experience
Attend trade shows as needed
Willing to set-up and climb ladders to access roofs
