Job Description
Senior Manager, Digital Product Manager (Multiple Positions), PwC Product Sales LLC, Chicago, IL. Help clients create software assets that drive business solutions from strategy through build to support and maintenance. Work collaboratively to solve clients’ biggest challenges and deliver real, measurable value in a way that’s cheaper, faster, and better. Responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap from conception of ideas to worldwide launch, identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating timetables, pricing and release plans for product introduction. Managing and coaching a multidisciplinary product team and collaborating with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development. Managing the product strategy by defining the project outcomes, overseeing the implementation of the product road-map and ensuring the team meets key performance metric targets. Regularly monitor team activities and project requirements, providing support and feedback to junior staff, ensuring alignment with project goals, and maintaining high standards of performance. Develop and implement a successful collaboration model with business and functional leadership teams to align strategic goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and coach junior staff and product teams, fostering a collaborative environment and providing guidance to enhance their skills and professional growth, and promptly resolving issues to ensure smooth workflow.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Leveraging SQL and other data querying languages to retrieve data from transactional, historical and analytical databases. Run analysis to make prioritization decisions;
- Using tools such as JIRA, AHA, Rally, Confluence, Microsoft suite for Product Management; and,
- Developing prototype development approaches, and customer research methodologies including open ended interviews, A/B and multivariate testing, and user segmentation.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
