What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the CLM team, you are responsible for building and maintaining key features that are integral to our customers and business. You are a hands-on technical resource who will collaborate with our development and operations teams to design and develop new scalable features and infrastructure solutions that support our rapid growth and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate should have a flexible attitude, a strong aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge, and a passion for quality-driven development. You will thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate effectively with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions. Additionally, you will help the team succeed by suggesting process improvements, enhancing team effectiveness, and modeling engineering best practices.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Responsibility
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code in C# .NET and other object-oriented languages
Create high quality, user-focused experiences using React, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, Automated unit testing, Continuous integration, Code reviews, Version control systems, Automated build processes
Research and implement new features and technologies
Proactively identify and raise issues that may impact delivery commitments
Troubleshoot and fix production issues, and maintain the codebase
Collaborate with a cross-site development team to drive the design, implementation, testing, and release of products
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years industry experience in Software Engineering
Experience with C#, Java, C++, or Go
Experience working in an agile development environment
Experience developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns
Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET), XML, JSON, SQL and NoSQL Databases
Experience with front-end technologies (React, Typescript, Angular)
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices architecture
Preferred
Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tool sets
Care deeply about writing high-performance, reusable code for components that will be used across our product
Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
