Job Description
KPMG LLP, Manager, NBPG (Multiple Positions), Chicago, IL.
Design and deliver Proof of Concepts, and develop customer relationship management (CRM) analytics dashboards, Sales Cloud report templates, and recommended actions with rule-based prompts and Salesforce Flow. Evaluate solution fit and feasibility for new analytics capabilities, data models, and analytics solutions. Support prioritization and delivery of development backlog, and liaise with technology delivery team. Document technical requirements to develop new analytics capabilities leveraging new and existing data sources and technology. Assist with ongoing enablement and improvement of analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. Promote efficiency and effectiveness developing dashboards in CRM Analytics and support the development and implementation of new analytics capabilities. Create content for KPMG’s Insight Delivery practice, and establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRMA, Einstein Discovery, Datorama, and Salesforce Flow; Data management, Data Analysis and reporting leading practices; Working in agile software development environment with IT partners to deliver solutions on demand; Translating business needs to technical requirements; and Utilizing JSON, SOQL, and SAQL technologies.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.
