Job Description

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is looking for an energetic sales leader to lead the national team of Region Account Managers and/or Sr Region Account Managers. If youre a positive professional who enjoys making personal connections with your customers, independence, having fun, driving for success, then this Regional Account Sales Manager career is for you. This position will be under the direction of the VP of Marketing and Business Manager.

The Successful Candidate Will...

  • Utilize knowledge from industry-leading training to lead a national team of salespeople to achieve their sales goals.
  • Perform inspections.
  • Present proposals and assist in closing sales.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities to drive new sales revenue resources.
  • Attract, develop, and retain employees through effective recruiting, ongoing training, and continuous development.
  • Analyze business trend to provide direction for growth.
  • Partner will field operations to retain and penetrate current customer accounts.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
