Position Responsibilities

 

The Operations Coordinator will work as part of the office services team and focus on facility, food, beverage and mail responsibilities. This individual will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of functionality within the office.

  • Responsible for consistent facility and conference room checks/walk-through ensuring a clean and organized appearance

  • Meeting/conference room set-up/break-down including food and beverage stations, charging of IT equipment, movement of furniture for various configurations, proper trash, and recycling disposal, etc.

  • Coordinate with internal staff, external clients, and catering companies for food and beverage orders for meetings, lunch and learns, lectures and special events; provide support at large events as needed

  • Assist with conference room reservations for meetings and events

  • Responsible for the daily appearance and stocking of office kitchens and maintains associated equipment, including but not limited to, dishwashers, high-capacity coffee machines, ice makers, water taps, etc.
