Estimated annual base pay: $64,200.00(minimum) - $80,300.00(midpoint) - $96,400.00(maximum) COLORADO & CALIFORNIA ONLY

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operation Supervisor on 1st shift, or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support Servo Manufacturing on 1stshift at our Loves Park Campus in Loves Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for directing the activities of direct production and indirect support functions. This area is a high mix / low volume with an expectation of quick turn around times.

What you will be doing
Actively motivates direct reports and team members.
Owning the output/delivery daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
Coordinates workload requirements and work scheduling with teams.
Coordinates activities of direct members and provides resources to achieve team goals.
Driving a culture of safety, quality, & delivery.
Leads strategic projects for functional area.
Aligns individual and team/departmental goals to support overall organizational goals.
Motivates and recognizes members on achievements.
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or GED is required
Previous leadership experience is required
Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or operations role is required
Strong ability to work with and manage new teams and members and diverse groups
